It all started when…
I was studying Music Performance at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London UK, to become a Classical Guitarist. During this period of my life, many things where going on, one of them was lots of performance thought out Europe And South America, giving me the opportunity to travel and see so many different places, people and cultures. I had the need to record all this and I picked up a Canon 35 mm camera with 2 lenses and started learning to operate this equipment and led me to a whole new path in my life. Many years down the road, lots of shots later, I am dedicated to Macro Photography, and here through this gallery I want to share with you my work. I mainly shoot handheld and Photo Stacking technique. At this moment I use a Canon 5d Mark IV body, with the MT 24 EX, Macro Twin Flash, with triple diffusion and Canon Macro Lens 100 mm 2.4 and the Canon ME-E 65. For the Studio work, I use a DYI light box that I call “THE BUG BOX”, this is a prototype developed together with Oleg and Rustam from Velum Design, this BUG BOX produces an amazing very well defused light with a total of 15,000 lumens that brings out the most amazing details of my subjects. Enjoy my site, and thanks for visiting.
